conditions are pretty simple:
1. Payment can be either in the form of BANK TRANSFER or MEETUP.
2. MEETUPS will preferably be at jurongeast or clementi.
Other places are possible, but at my convenience :)
3. Collection of item, either MEETUP or POSTAGE.
